Why the Thanksgiving 2009

Could I ask you for a personal response on our ChipIn “Money Bomb” which ends at midnight on Thanksgiving Day, 2009? (See top of www.wagthedog2010.com )
No pressure. Everyone is always welcome on our National Precinct Activists Meetup website -- or our Network America Ewire -- for free.

to the goal after Five days
I have initiated a Thanksgiving 2009 “money bomb” using the ChipIn system, which you can view at the top of wagthedog2010.com. The Goal is $15,000 and we have already made it to about $1230, or 8.2% of the way, since the campaign was started on October 26th, 2009 – about 5 days ago.
If everyone who can does a little, -- we can make it without too much pain.
I am working on a short video on the WHY of this
Thanksgiving Fundraiser, and you will be notified as soon as it is up. But
here's "WHY" in words:
WHY NOW -- WE ARE IN A RACE AGAINST THE CLOCK
The money is to set up a unique, dedicated website for Precinct Activists across
the nation. Once people are educated as to what the Precinct Strategy is -- I
don’t know how we are going to help each county get organized without this
dedicated website. People need to be able to find each other easily by state and
county – so they can organize at the local level.
Part of the money will go to help me catch up on months of bills which I have been paying to keep this operation going, as well as to insure we can operate for at least the next few months without constantly being in a state of near financial collapse.
The other day some of you found out that our phones
were cut off for about 24 hours when you tried to call, and I just barely kept
our relevant websites up in October. We seem to have between 1000 and 3000 views
of “The Strangest Political Secret” video, and this uses bandwidth, or course.
If I were Donald Trump or Bill Gates I would fund this myself, and would never
bring up the uncomfortable subject of money. I’m not complaining, and am glad to
make whatever sacrifices are necessary – but this is reality.
On the other hand, we are in a life and death struggle for our constitution and
our nation. If we don’t get the word to a large portion of the millions of
people who attended the Tea Party rallies and 912 rallies that the precinct
strategy is the ONLY way to hire and fire party leaders and congressman – then
we will have missed ramping all this enthusiasm up to the next level, by
pointing millions of Americans ONTO THE PLAYING FIELD (the precinct system) to
take back our nation and preserve true freedom in our country.
Every week I get 3 to 5 calls from new people who have been directed to the video at wagthedog2010.com – and who are delighted to find “the action answer”. Incredibly, at this moment my Network America operation and our National Precinct Activists meetup group are the only operations NATIONALLY that are sounding a clear trumpet regarding the WHY and HOW of the precinct strategy.

People in at least two counties (one in Nevada and one in California) made tremendous inroads in their local central committees, and both said they learned about the Precinct Project from our video.
Finally, at the rate things are going, some of the money I am asking for will in effect be “hiring” me so I can spend full time contacting and organizing people over the next 6 months. – I already talk to people 2 or 3 hours a day on the phone educating them, or answering questions, about Precinct Project related matters, but I’m merely playing defense – that is, reacting to what calls come in as I hustle around trying to stay ahead of the economic downturn. I need to be on the offensive for six months – and if possible I need others to be working full time on this with me.

a) Do you see yourself participating in the ChipIn campaign, whether it is $1 or $5, or $100, or $1000? (Your answer will be kept strictly private, I'm just trying to get an idea as early as possible of where our members are regarding this fund drive.)
b) Do you believe as I do that Precinct Project is THE unique, missing action ingredient for our country? And do you support my efforts to raise money at this time in order to make sure that as many local leaders around the USA know about this before the 2010 precinct deadlines in February to June, 2010?
