Here are the rules for donating to a Congressional Campaign:
* Only US Citizens can donate to a Congressional campaign
* Maximum Donation: $2300 per person, $4600 per couple
* Federal law
requires federal candidates to report the name, mailing address, occupation and
name of employer for each individual whose contributions are in excess of $200
per calendar year.
* Corporate and foreign national (non-US citizen) contributions are not
permitted under federal law.
* Contributions to a congressional campaign are not deductible for federal income tax purposes.
